HR Experience Manager

Job Description

The Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate HR Experience Manager to join our team. This role is at the heart of our HR agenda, ensuring that our workplace and associate experiences are second to none. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Nordic Performance & People Programme – a programme with diversified responsibilities that fosters the all-around associate experience with some of the most critical elements of HR. A programme, searching for the best host, to bring our Amazing Coffee Moments to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and facilitate our Nordic Onboarding Programme that ensures a great, welcoming, and effective integration process for all new hires across the Nordic region.
  • Oversee the Performance & Development Cycle, including the management and continuous improvement of the L&D Cafe, to support personal and professional growth for all employees.
  • Lead the Talent Management agenda to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent within the organization.
  • Conduct Engagement Surveys & Pulse Surveys to build associate satisfaction and engagement levels, utilizing the data to drive meaningful change.
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives focused on our values, coffee passion, well-being, DE&I, and other areas critical to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector or an international environment.
  • A solid track record or strong interest in managing onboarding programs, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Skills or keen interest in developing and implementing effective L&D strategies.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and tea, with a deep understanding of the culture and community surrounding these products.

We are looking for a colleague with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who has the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in handling data from engagement surveys to inform HR strategies.

A commitment to promoting and enhancing the full associate experience cycle within JDE Nordics.
