
Are you ready to make a real impact in sustainable employability, wellbeing, and absence prevention? In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert within the Talent Centre of Excellence (COE) for our International Headquarters (IHQ) and the Dutch organization. Together with colleagues from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Rewards, you’ll work on building a healthy, future-proof organization—for both our factory employees and office-based teams.
You’ll develop and implement strategies that reduce absenteeism, ensure legal compliance (including the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter), and empower HR business partners to take action with confidence. You’ll also collaborate closely with external partners such as occupational health services, insurers, and healthcare providers—and lead supplier tenders. This role gives you the space to truly make a difference, with practical solutions that matter.
