Job Description
- Coordination of labor relations and HR administration (including military registration)
- Recruitment for the plant (posting vacancies, initial independent screening and candidate search, conducting preliminary interviews)
- Work in systems: 1C, SuccessFactors, MeDoc, and others (HR administration: time tracking, handling sick leaves, reporting)
- Development and implementation of an effective approach to compensation and benefits at the plant
- Administration of medical and insurance programs
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in HR
- Experience with 1C system
- Intermediate level of English (required)
- Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Result-oriented, multitasking, flexible, and ready to take responsibility for own processes
