Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Specialist to support our sales team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling our sales managers to focus on business development by handling administrative tasks, coordinating field sales activities, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support sales managers with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Organize, file, and update company documents (both digital and physical).
  • Support and coordinate field sales administration.
  • Maintain and update customer records, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Handle internal and external communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Track sales performance data and generate regular reports.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth collaboration between sales and other departments.

Qualifications

  • University degree or student in economics, mathematics, business administration, or similar areas.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Likes mathematic and understand the relations between numbers.
  • Fluent Lithuanian and excellent English language skills.
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication for interacting with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Attention to detail: high level of accuracy in record-keeping, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, open-minded, and reliable personality.
