Job Description

As the New Relationship Manager, you will be a frontline advocate for Campos Coffee driving our brand within the Melbourne community and spreading the love of coffee. You will grow our network and our brand presence in Victoria the Southern States (VIC, SA, WA & TAS) by proactively reaching out to potential and current customers. In this vibrant role you won’t be stuck behind your desk, instead, you will focus on building relationships and in the area and providing them with solutions and an on-point customer experience.

In this role, you’ll have the ability to:

  • Educate and inspire prospective customers about what it means to be a Campos Coffee Wholesale Business Cafe Partner.
  • Increase awareness of the Campos Coffee brand, product range and activities to build relationships, generate leads and grow brand awareness.
  • Represent Campos at industry events and other forums, where needed.
  • Partner with our Sales Operations, and Marketing, Production and Dispatch teams to provide demand planning insights and activation requirements for customers

As a New Relationship Manager with Campos Coffee, you’ll seriously care about doing a great job. You’ll love contributing to the team and the company, and you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service and our customers success.
 
For this role as a New Relationship Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You have a passion for coffee
  • Knowledge and experience in the coffee industry is preferred
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in new business development
  • Experience in the hospitality sector will be highly regarded
  • You have outstanding communication, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to work autonomously, and within a team
  • You have strong business acumen and understanding of small businesses
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software platforms
  • Knowledge of the coffee industry is desirable but not essential
  • In possession of a driver’s license and the willingness to travel
  • A flexible, open-minded approach to evolving responsibilities and opportunities.
  • Awareness of market dynamics and a proactive mindset in identifying opportunities.
