Job Description

  • National point of sales execution;
  • Ensure 4P’s: Increasing share of shelf, negotiate secondary displays, POSM, and all instore activities;
  • Managing demo activation;
  • Top stores focus / perfect store;
  • In charge of control, evaluate and manage 6 supervisors and 100 merchandisers (third party);
  • Administrative assignments to give visibility of monthly results;
  • Coordination with both agencies to control operation.


  • University degree is required;
  • Experience in leading sales representatives/supervisors and merchandisers (Managing people / Leader);
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Experienced working in FMCG companies;
  • Microsoft tools medium-advance (excel, power point etc) Reporting;
  • Basic English.
